They encourage a work/life balance by allowing many employees to work from home full time or part time. We have a variety of great benefits above and beyond the traditional medical and 401K benefits. They have have an emphasis on health for their employees as well as our customers. There is the ability to move positions if you find that your current role is not a good fit or if you want to use your skills in a different area.
