Hostile work environment Disrespectful work environment Mental, emotional & physical abusive Mental: Constantly threating including email company wide threating to fire people CTO & HR. Emotional: Making employees feel like they are not humans and have a personal life, CTO showing off all the time, who state be the best on everything, having everything material possible, whatever an employee say he will have better, he would've done already and better, showing off with personal assets and literally having no compassion for the employee wellbeing. Physical: Regardless of how many hours the employee work it will be called worthless, no work worth anything even when work throughout weekends, major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Forget about personal life and 40 hours a week wont exist. Understaffed and giving employees more than a human have capacity to accomplish. Raise is a joke, underpay comparing with market. Not even a notice of layoff, scheduling a meeting with a completely different subject and participants to layoff employees. No integrity, no consideration. By far the most non ethical company I have ever seeing. Don't fall for this trap is truly a scam of company. Buying other companies selling their clients and uncapable of acquiring new clients due to their incompetence. Abuse HR covering for the rest of the company even when 3+ employees report abuse behavior by the CTO. Extremely expensive benefits.
