Highly micromanaged work culture that often hinders productivity and autonomy. Lack of accountability in compensating employees for hours worked, even when those hours were acknowledged by management. Poor communication and a dismissive attitude when concerns are raised professionally. Final pay not issued in accordance with the BC Employment Standards Act. No proper HR structure or dispute resolution process to protect employee rights.
