No support and management don’t listen - Recensione dipendente - Support Worker presso Affinity Trust

I am always disappointed to hear reviews like this as we are committed to listening to staff and hearing their views so that we can make any changes needed to enable the people we support to receive great support. I really welcome people contacting either myself, the Operations Managers or Divisional Directors at the time, in order to resolve anything that needs to be changed. For instance, I will be in Lowestoft in the next few weeks to meet staff and the people we support. As an organisation we recognise that staff are key to delivering the amazing support the people we support need, and therefore we are committed to listening and responding to any concerns people have.
