As a current employee, if you do not feel you can raise a grievance through our internal channels, you can make an anonymous report via Safecall, which will then be investigated. You can also access support for your mental health via our Employee Assistance Programme.
The safeguarding of the people we support is of paramount importance, so no new employee may start until we have received a clear DBS check and satisfactory references. If you have concerns about the performance of new support workers and do not feel able to raise them with your line manager, this too can be reported via Safecall.
