Aweful politics, low empathy and its all about optics for the upper management. They will not hestitate to throw you under the bus to cover their own faults. There are a few tenured folks at this company who ruin the experience everyone with their dirty politics. For some of these folks, its their first job out of college and they think they are the sh$t.
