Can be difficult to succeed. Perseverance and dedication to achieving sales goals is imperative. No base. No benefits. Short sales school. RSC's will hire just about anyone who can pass the insurance test.

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
