You choose your own hours and can make a nice career out of Aflac. The commission structure is good if you plan on staying with Aflac for the long term. The training is fantastic. They really can make a good salesperson out of anybody with the heart to do it. Coworkers are super fun people. Every aflac event is a blast

You WILL be broke for the first year regardless how hard you work. No customer has ever been glad to see me in the 6 months i've been doing it. They're usually nice and all, but the fact that everybody just wants you up leave when they realize what you're up to is disheartening.
