Lack of Respect, Tremendous Stress, No Promotions, Unable to leave call center, Treated as Children (always watched, child games for recognition such as stamps on a certificate), Unreasonable Requests, Will NOT work with schedules regarding personal life (for school or kids or family), Does not promote within, Supervisors are clueless, Constant Changes, Systems always down, Too many bugs in system, Cannot participate in company events as we are TIED to phone,

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
