lots of free time, get to make your own schedule, the other employees were very friendly and welcoming

no pay, bad training, lots of expenses You ONLY make commission. If you start this job with little sales experience it is going to be difficult. You have to pay hundreds of dollars to become state certified and then work for free doing cold calling all day every day. The insurance they offer is very hard to sell on top of it all. Also- they offered NO benefits. Don't waste your time at this job.

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
