MOST STRESSFUL JOB EVER!!! Been in mandatory overtime since the beginning of 2020 Horrible management Not family oriented at all Took the work from home option away during pandemic Do not accommodate due to pandemic Don’t care about your family or outside life Was told that first priority is the customers not our families Paying new hires more than the people that have been their for years with experience No real training for new skills Not a lot of help at all

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
