The family atmosphere of the company has went by the wayside. -if you have a genuine complaint of a hostile work environment to take to HR, HR general sides with your management, shrugs and says "oh well" -very few promotions from within or leadership development. -management heavy -HEAVY recent focus on outsourcing / off-shoring local jobs.
