Saturated market place. I walked into businesses that had several Aflac sales persons visit them that day. There is almost no coordination between sales persons and the company seems not to care. As long as there are sales they seem not to care how many sales people have to split the commissions. In the HR people are always hiring anyone they can to flood the local area.
