Good training, Great people. They really want you to be successful and have a good time doing your job but it hard to get motivated day after day for no pay.

Svantaggi

Cold Calling, Lots of required meetings that should just be emails. Most of your leads have either had it, don't want it, or won't buy it. Commission only selling requires you to invest a lot of time money and energy to see very little return. If you do end up selling something usually they will cancel about 3 months in a you get charged back for most of the commission you earned.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
