After training, you do get some leads to call on, but after that, you are on your own to cold call and door knock for new business customers. If clients do not purchase policies, then you do not earn any money. For the first few weeks or months of not earning anything, that could lead a new person to quit. Plus, there are no benefits.

Svantaggi

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
