No complaints, very good for music experience and having something to do during the summer both before and during high school.

Can sometimes take longer than expected to be paid.

Great people, wonderful mission, and good benefits/PTO. Treats employees well. A great place to start a career and learn.

Has the typical constraints of working for a non profit. Not a ton of room for growth, and the last time I worked there, there was no system in place to give yearly raises. I had the same salary there for about 3 years. I was also very overworked.
