Employed as a full timer, sales associate, honestly feels like an instant regret after going through the first couple of weeks, Constantly asking for Google review for every sales and salary increment is based on your "Google" exposure and not your sales performance. You can have great sales performance but the moment you get a 1 star Google review, the "M" will drop the hammer on you asking you what happen, and then you will be marked by "M&M" over it. If not the backend team or building side mess up an order and gotten a 1 star review, we till received a text say "Guys please help to push Google review we need to flush the 1 star review down" like hello? If negative star is possible I believe the customer would have done it. Having our backend pushing customer to make their way to showroom just to do split payment, where its always at the wrong timing. You will be targeted if you don't have enough Google Review and you wont be able to have salary increment. There is a lot micromanaging within the company, you will be questioned for everything and being thrown under the bus for no reason. This just with Aftershock alone only, guess what? When you are hired, you will be handling 4 brands, when the showroom is busy as hell, and Omnidesk gotten a negative feedback from customer then we are being questioned "Why no one is serving this customer" then you will be questioned and asked about it. Its always understaff for Omnidesk side of things, reason be it, because there are 3 full timer that can handle Omnidesk as well, which are not always present have different off day. then we have Techyard which is trying to be like Micro-center but with nothing to be able to cash and carry constantly have to tell customer, we do not have the stocks over here will only be able to deliver to you if you are lucky enough there is stock at warehouse if unlucky you will need will face the wrath of the customer. There's a lot of micromanaging from both Aftershock and Omnidesk, constantly asking for Google review and using free gifts as a bait to get customer to leave a Google review. Whatever feedback you get from customer and placed into Omnidesk feedback form, you will be questioned why customer feel like this? If there is a negative feedback you will be questioned till an extend that they will remove the feedback to prevent the bosses from seeing it. I wont recommend this to anyone, unless you are working as PT because the PT are paid higher and they can honestly do nothing and still get paid well.
