Some good benefits, pay scale is good for those who play their cards right

Flagrant favoritism, yearly increases are tiny if you don't play the favoritism game, all the praise is reserved for favored longtime employees but newer employees get noticed only for mistakes. New employees and contractors almost have to go through hazing at this company. Even the clerical people treat new workers like dirt and are not friendly.
