Leadership at every level is approachable, and overall it feels like a place where I, as an employee, am valued and encouraged to succeed.

One downside is that pay can be heavily weighted toward tenure. While bonuses are competitive overall, compensation may feel a bit discouraging at first. That said, this approach rewards long-term commitment, and there are opportunities for salary growth as performance is demonstrated.

AgWest is everything I think of when I hear “a company that cares about its employees”. I have everything I need to do my job well, I am supported by my supervisor and upline, and have been given many opportunities to grow my skills and knowledge.
