Small departments, little cross collaboration

Because it is a small company, you see everyone and there is a sense of a community. The reverse commute is nice! Requiring to make and present a presentation to the rest of the department on the work completed was valuable learning experience.

I think they were relatively new to having interns so sometimes it was a little disorganized, and there were times when the interns did not have work to do, or have a proper work space. It also would have been nice if the company helped facilitate interns getting to know the other interns more and help integrate them more with the rest of the employees.
