Vantaggi
None. Not a single one.
Svantaggi
1. Pay. They couldn’t pay me enough to work for this company. The pay is soooo low for a project manager. 2. Hours you’re working. Zero flexibility. If you need to come in 15 minutes late, you lose 15 minutes of your lunch even if you’re a salary employee. Even if in 2 months you’re gonna be working on a project that will take 3X the amount of time you normally work. 3. The training that you sit in for the first two months that you work there is the biggest waste of time. 4. You have to track every second that you’re working on something. This never made sense to me because if I was going and getting coffee or running to the bathroom or stopping to chat with somebody and ask them a question I felt like I was “stealing time” Because I would mark my task down and I wasn’t actually doing that for the 10 minutes I wasn’t sitting at my computer. 5. People that work here are rude. No one is social. If you have a question, you are guaranteed to get funny looks. 6. If you’re going to have important conversations that involve decisions that are being made companywide Make sure that you’re in a soundproof room. I constantly was listening to a manager complain about the people on their team and the lack of skills they had.
