Literally everything else, and by everything else I mean management, pay, benefits, work life balance, culture.... did I mention management? I have come back to writing this review so many different times and honestly, I've just come to the conclusion that it is not worth my time to write a full and detailed review, so I'll share the synopsis with you. When I first began interviewing at Agency Creative, I came straight to Glassdoor and read the reviews (which I'm sure is why you are here) and instead of heeding the warning of those who had worked here before me I decided to go ahead and give them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to believe that everyone makes mistakes (which they do) and that no company is perfect (which they aren't) but this Agency is on a completely new level of horrific. They did NOT deserve one second of my time or even an ounce of my energy. As I am reading all of their responses to the reviews posted on here it is almost laughable how disingenuous they are. I'm almost positive that any recent glowing reviews have been submitted by management in hopes to bring up their Glassdoor rating since they are trying to hire. I am trying to be as transparent as I can possibly be here: they have not changed and they will not change. If you are wise, you will recognize that there are several consistent themes within these reviews and they are RECENT, not just old reviews of disgruntled employees (which is what I'm sure AC will pin this one as). Proceed with employment here at your own risk – you will absolutely regret it.
