I have worked for a number of companies within this industry and Agency FIFTY3 is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. They care about your growth, well-being, and value any ideas that are brought to the table. As for the person going off the insane resentment fueled tangent below - have you considered that the Senior Team leads spend a lot of their time preparing presentations and brainstorming how to best manage the actual team? that is literally one of the roles of being a manager - it makes perfect sense for entry level workers to be tasked with entry level work whereas senior level workers are more focused on senior level work. it also makes perfect sense that there is a standard for productivity. if you can keep up there is huge opportunity for upwards growth within this company and if you can't - good luck finding a job that provides better benefits, pays you fairly, cares about your well being and growth, and is also totally cool with you not working hard. If you have the opportunity to work for Agency Fifty3, don't let it pass you by, as you will be hard pressed to find a better company to work for in the city of Denver.
