Here are some of the things I appreciate about working here: Collaborative team environment that values open communication and mutual support Exciting and engaging projects that offer plenty of opportunities to learn and grow Generous compensation and benefits package that includes health insurance, and paid time off Innovative company culture that encourages creativity and experimentation Overall, I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a supportive and forward-thinking team, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a rewarding career in the tech industry.

While this company does a tremendous job in fostering employee growth and development, I believe that supporting employees in pursuing certifications, attending conferences, and other professional development events would further strengthen its already impressive commitment to its workforce. Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience here and excited to see the company continue to grow and succeed.

Went to a lot of events solo

-Low pay because they never push jobs through. I was signed on with a very low rate while being promised a huge commission which I don’t think ever happened even once despite the countless opportunities I brought in. -All programming is done in Pakistan, I had to be available at odd hours to communicate with my teams -Team separation- I wasn’t able to communicate with Devs about timelines and completions, left completely in the dark -two employees left as soon as I signed on -weird dynamic with women employees
