      Poor salary. No pay rises at all, people there longer than me haven't had pay rises in over 10 years. Promised training but haven't had any, just tag along with someone and learn by Chinese whispers. Cutting corners to get things done. No career prospects. Loads of talk of being a family but the environment is toxic. Good people leaving or unhappy. Some managers and senior managers treat staff badly. It's not unusual to hear managers slagging off staff in front of others. Just had a lot of people resign or leave in short space of time. Heard there's more to come.
