Micro-management gone mad. Sales managers clueless and only look out for themselves. Every decision they make is made in such a way as to not be ‘career limiting’. As such, they hide away and throw everyone else under the bus. Bonus scheme not released until half way through the year and then written in such a away as to never be paid out.
