I left this organization after 1 year and 4 months of contribution for joining my family work. Coincidentally I joined IT world again in bigger organization and getting paid bit higher too but if I get an opportunity to join Agile Cockpit again, I will join my rest of IT career here with more happiness, energy and satisfaction. But Why? Read below: -You get a great amount of freedom, work life balance, learning and opportunity apart from good salary and hikes. - Your feedback is requested and considered in every decision making. You feel as an asset not treated like a resource here. - There is no manager to manage you and your timings, your honesty is expected here. - Open environment, friendly co-workers, respect to each individual and many more positive factors. - No other organization talks about your goal in life, they do. - I read many critics here but honestly saying, if you are a blame baby, there is no organization can make you happy. ABOUT THE PRODUCT :- -No great product can be build overnight. So, journey will take time and I am very much sure about success. This is true, there are competitor in market but hey doesn’t have the feature this product has and soon it will prove its usability. -Also, this organization doesn’t have this product only. It has agile coaching as well which are leading towards organization agile transformation. So, probability of success is 100% sure.
