The entire senior management in Europe, the SVP for Europe is in no way able to run the organization, big ego, turnaround of staff, brings all his friends from his previous company ( which was failing), talks about savings, but himself splashes out on everything. Only thing that comes from him is talk and no action, no new meaningful business, hiring him was the biggest mistake the company could have ever made. Drink and party is the main aim here.
