I've been with Agilent for quite some time, but since the CEO transition, the overarching sense of alignment and shared purpose has seriously eroded. It's like we're operating in silos. The Enterprise Communications Division, in particular, is perceived as disconnected from what the rest of the company actually does day‑to‑day.
