If you're used to a big company with lots of insulating bureaucracy to keep you from being accountable for results, this is not the company for you. It moves fast and you have to be ready to jump in and get things done.

Agility CMS as a company is strongly focused on growth and innovation, and the product itself is stellar. It is a very professional and sustainable work environment.
