I've been with Agility PR Solutions for roughly half a year and have enjoyed my time here so far. The company has gone through a lot of changes since being acquired by Innodata in 2015 and then acquiring Agility in 2016 so I can't speak to the previous atmosphere/culture but from what I've experience in 2017 it's all been positive. The culture is one where you're encouraged to work hard and always bring 100% to the table, but you'll never be expected to work to death or meet overly unrealistic targets. It's also a fun atmosphere with monthly catered lunches, birthday celebrations and some other work events throughout the year. The people are very friendly too. There has also been a big push by management to add more perks and employee benefits, which is nice to see and hear that executive management want to make it a great place to work. Employee health and wellbeing has been a big focus for us. In terms of location, it can't be beat. We recently moved offices and we're in a new office building in Westboro with ample parking, nearby bus station/stops, Farm Boy & Bridgehead downstairs, and many other nearby restaurants/grocery stores. I would highly recommend Agility PR Solutions as a workplace to anyone considering a career change.

No workplace is perfect, but I can't say that I've found any major cons to working here. It would be nice if we had more admin staff to ensure certain aspects of the business run smoothly but that's about it.
