Vantaggi
Lots of companies I have worked for or with claim to care about the solutions they are delivering to clients--and the clients themselves--but it's rare to see. That's the biggest pro for me--that I have a lot of respect for the company, its services, and its commitment to giving clients what they're paying for because that's very important to me. Other pros are that Agility respects its employees, cares what they think, and requests and listens to input--they honestly want to provide the best product they can, and greatly value that input, regardless of job level. All levels of management are respectful and well qualified for their positions. Salaries, bonuses, and vacation policies are all very fair as well. Work/life balance is important, and they go above and beyond to make sure everyone has it (4-day workweeks during the summer, no-meeting Fridays, for example)
Svantaggi
Honestly, the only shortfall that disappoints me is their benefits program. But even then I can't fault Agility as they are based in Canada and don't have to provide benefits (to my knowledge), so they are provided for me by Agility's parent company. A few years ago, they shifted from having a very good health plan to a very poor one (IMO), and the shift seemed more like an attempt to save the company money than do what's in employees' best interest.
