- inbound leads, while improving, can keep improving - would love to see business development return in a meaningful & strategic way - tedious CRM workflows that could be better optimized, which impacts all teams from Sales to Client Success to Billing - updated benefits to keep up and align with the work from home changes - more top-down (and back up) communication; aside from a once-per-quarter presentation, staff have no idea how the company is doing in the grand scheme of things, plans for expansion, product roadmaps/changes, employee and client incentives, or reasons behind sudden changes in strategy.
