- CEO allways dream but seems the company is not in the right direction. For example, he made a video about his prediction of COVID19. He said R&D keeps working to keep the company running. He believed thing will be good soon and the hospitality will be back to normal during May to June (But as a rational person, its can't be possible). He said July to Oct is the competition period and the company will be the strongest on December. The outcome is that a second wave of layoff came on May. - Bad top level (Corporate decision making) management team - Poor risk management, resulting in layoff and increasing work load to all colleagues after stock price falling - Poor career path, most people have the same title after 3 years and even 10 years. This may be caused by wrong direction to focus resource on that development center, which results in low revenue to hire more resources in other regions. - Over 2-3 years, low quality work in the latest development center for a main product, result in large bruch of hotfix - Single person rather than a team for a project - Low salary

Senior managers and above are political “yes men” to the CEO who frequently screams at people publicly and on Teams meetings and makes cutting, derisive comments regarding the work people do — even those that put in many hours on the company’s behalf. He frequently complains that he is the only one who is smart enough and dedicated enough to identify and solve problems. His vision is limited to an intense engineering focus, with the answer to every challenge being to “hire more engineers.” This has begun to hold the company back and is reflected in the dropping stock price.
