Great culture. Amazing People. Good cause.

Low pay but it is a labor of love

Agnes attracts amazing people who for the most part are hardworking and open-minded. The culture here is very collaborative and most supervisors are quite understanding of employee needs.

There seems to be a lack of cross-functional communication between departments which makes work inefficient and expensive. Processes should be more streamlined (especially financial ones) and interdepartmental communication should be worked on.
