      More than 1 yr of backlog, No salaries for last 3 months and worst CEO don't know when they will be able to pay the salaries of employee. You have evey right to disbelieve me but you can contact any current employee to confirm the same. Employee of this company are in worst situation than a jobless person.

However, the leadership team is able to re-assess to stay at the top, and reinvent the product/market strategies to establish a sustained growth for the company.
