The company is very organized and management listens to your input. If you have any opinion you would like to share, it's never shut down and it is respected. There is no ego regardless of position so it's not that you feel comfortable going to anyone with questions or concerns. You'll never feel like you're being shut down or ignored.

I think the only con would be the fact that the timezones don't always match up well so it takes some time to get responses from people, but you learn to get use to things and it slows you down a bit to think more which would be a positive

My role with Agorapulse is to be responsible for our influencer and brand relationships, which means I get to spend all my time talking to amazing people and creating fun marketing projects. As if that weren't enough, this is the absolute best company I've ever worked for or even heard of. The culture, which is to say, how people treat each other, is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful and caring. Let me give you an example. After spending an entire week together as a company on retreat, everyone was returned to their hotel on the final day and given the freedom to do whatever they wanted until their flights home the next day. And what did most choose to do? Hang out together, at the office, over pizza. (In Paris, no less.)

While no company consisting of humans can be perfect, I have zero complaints about Agorapulse. As a company and body of people they make every effort to get things right and make improvements when there's a challenge.
