      The industry is ripe for innovation but the product is half baked and does not have the people around to drive the company forward. There were good people, but they've mostly been chased out or left.

      An exec team well out of there depth. Nepotism. Personal feuds being played out in business decisions. Over promised to customers and under delivered. An environment I would never want to work in again. Lack of professionalism which still to this day shocks me, beyond that even a lack of decency at times.

      We appreciate your feedback. As you point out, the industry is ripe for innovation and our customer growth of more than 600% in new markets in the fifteen months alone supports your comment. This type of growth has led to some growing pains and has put pressures on the business and our staff as we pivot to support the demand and market requirements. Over the last months, we have lost some folks as they re-evaluate their fit with the organization and while it is regrettable, we understand that this pace is not for everyone.       The people are great and are committed to serving clients and each other as best as they can. The industry Agreement Express is going after is ripe for disruption.

      - The product doesn’t exist and needs to be custom built for each deployment. - Project management and Business analyst teams are constantly being put in impossible positions with deployments due to execs over committing delivery timelines and product capabilities to clients - Marketing isn’t given any resources to market the product - Unless you’re part of the executive team frat house, you’re dispensable - HR Leadership isn’t onsite at any office (and visits each once or twice a year) and unavailable to employees - Unethical executive leadership who are more focused on protecting themselves than their employees
