the payment is low (especially compare with the level of the studies), the job is boring, some leaders have problem with the professionalism, the working conditions are very low.

Teams were enthusiastic in the early times. Unfortunately because working a lot in overtime led to burn-out on a longer basis. In the country people stayed because they do not have any other opportunity.

From 2016 on a lot of modification and rashly made regulation was implemented which led to some ad-hoc decisions. It did not do good for the system...
