-does not take into account suggestions of employees, lack of trust in employees' decisions to do their jobs -lack of foresight of management and founder is NOT an educator so decisions are not based on sound evidence or study -lack of guidance and direction within the company despite saying that there will be support -will assign tasks that are not part of your job description -contract is fishy: will require you to not join competitors even AFTER your relationship with the employee is terminated (lock-in clauses are always a NO NO and should insist on it being removed)
