Even though there are many yearly events already with the team. I think having more social events for everyone to get to know one another on a personal level especially for new individuals who are just joining would be beneficial to see how connected we are as a company/team and stay that way

Joining the Ai Team last year, was one of the best decisions I have made. The support is outstanding. Everyone wants everyone to be successful, it truly is a team. The ability to remain working remotely has been amazing and emphasises Ai's continuing commitment to work/life balance.

The only real downside is not really a con of AI, but living fairly far away from the head office, getting there for meetings and events is a bit cumbersome.
