Fast moving environment working on big opps

Micromanaging from management and no fixed forecasting

Remote work. A great number of team members to work with, but no senior staff, so all very junior.

No budget for tech, have to provide own laptop. Micromanagement and leaders who are target focused but not with a clear goal as fluctuates every couple of months.
