Good learning opportunity but bad work culture - Recensione dipendente - Data Scientist presso Aidetic

1. Work culture needs to improve. There is no regard to what the employee desires in the work aspect. Just the founders vote in and that is it. Others need to just follow it. 2. Aidetic gives its client more importance than it's employees and gives-in to whatever the client desires even if it effects it's employee. 3. No upward feedback system. Leadership,management needs a lot of work.
