      Nice people, internal promotions, changing and running quickly. The company is concerned about employee welfare - great kitchen with free lunches, and lots of activities for training.

      Low salaries, at least for me; I did a lot of work and was expecting a significant salary but did not receive one. Since I was not a part of 8200 - I often felt unappreciated by them and that I was not a member of the group.

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
