Zero company culture. Zero paid maternity or paternity leave. Senior leadership void of clear direction, late to the party on worldwide trends (ie AI). No HR. Cancelled training and upskilling programs - lack of career growth opportunities. Combative senior leaders who encourage the same style of behaviour.

Minor changes that need changes across multiple services took to much work for no benefit.
