Working for Ainor Signs has brought me so much knowledge of not only the sign industry but also in personal growth. Since working here, I have learned how to become proficient in Project Management and pushing myself to learn more about other job roles. This is a tight knit group that all work together to achieve the same goal, which is a good feeling. There is no fighting other employees or stepping on toes to get ahead of each other. Work hard, show interest in what you are doing, and you will enjoy being here!

I wouldn't say it's a con but, this company is VERY busy with many different clients so slacking off is no option.

The employees at Ainor Signs are friendly and "empathetic", if that has ever been a word used to describe a job, it is now. The people that are the backbone of that company "the workers" are an awesome mixture of "down trodden" "underdog" "ragtag" group of people that are under appreciated despite being 80% responsible for Ainor Signs Inc. existence.

The Management. The owner/CEO will only come in for the interview process, because I think he gets off on it. It resembled a police interrogation. Small room, red faced, personal questions, then beat down on wage portion. HORRENDOUS. If you "confess" or take the job, that is the last time you will see him because he's never there. He has allowed an office full of gossiping nit wits to hap- hazardly run the show, which if it wasn't for these inadequate bumbling bimbos would probably be a good thing. Low Pay, Long Hours and No Support.
