AC has always wanted a 2 tier pay scale for employees working THE SAME ROLE with the SAME YEARS OF SERVICE and with Rouge members coming over to AC, they get just that.. for example, you have 9 years with AC rouge but when you come to mainline, as of the most recent contract, you’ll be getting paid a 5 year wage - to this company, you are just a number - awful working conditions - terrible layover destinations - you’re barely ever home and cannot afford to live in this society - better off working for another airline if you want make a career out of flight attending
