The construction industry is is fast paced and the work can be difficult and tedious. Very easy to make mistakes and get yourself in trouble.
When I worked there the owner would micromanage and know exactly what everyone was doing, had his favorites and could make your life miserable.
I know that the company was sold so he may not be there anymore.
