Relatively flexible work schedule and can start working anytime you want as long as its not after 9am. Flight benefits for international trips are really great, one gets confirmed seating at a heavily discounted price to any of Air France destionations.

Not necessarily a con but depending on when the deadline is, one may be forced to work over the weekends. A lack of involvement outside of work. Offices are rather in an isolated area where you dont get much opportunity to network as the main office is a couple minutes drive away.
