- CEO gives off a weird vibe & goes for goals that are questionable. - Hard to understand what the CEO wants in terms of tasks to be performed (other people I talked to within the company shared that same feeling of miscommunication and misunderstanding with him)
- Questionable practices towards employees: A developer once had a laptop broken, the upper management told him to take days off from his reserve of vacation days while he gets a new laptop. (seems the management is so concerned about costs that they are willing to trample on the employee's holidays)
- Random laid off for no good reason (a PO in charge of the backend was once fired because the CEO just decided to give the position to someone else, not necessarily because that other person was more competent than the current person)
- Other random layoffs: 1 Week before Christmas a layoff of 14 people happened without an any explanation given (all the developers located in Brazil & France got laid off all of a sudden)
- Increase pressure of delivery overall (on the Design, PO & Developer teams)
- People feeling they mental health are affected negatively (personal remarks I've heard from colleagues)
- An inadequate PO manager
